Uninstall apps

Most apps have their own uninstallers. However, after removal of a parent app, some junk files—such as preferences and caches—may remain on your computer.

CleanMy® PC uninstalls apps completely by removing all associated files and also identifies and cleans up leftovers from previously removed apps.

To remove apps from your computer:

  1. Open CleanMy® PC and go to Multi Uninstaller.

  2. If you're using Multi Uninstaller for the first time after installation, click Start Using to scan for and detect all apps installed on your computer.

Otherwise, CleanMy® PC will automatically show a list of installed apps.

  3. In the list, select up to 10 apps at a time and click Uninstall at the bottom of the app window.

To quickly find an app, start typing its name in the Search box in the lower-right corner—results will appear immediately.

CleanMy® PC runs uninstaller for each app sequentially and then proceeds to clean up any leftovers.

Note that Multi Uninstaller requires your confirmation at every stage of the uninstallation process—click Uninstall to remove the app, then click Clean to delete any leftovers.

If you need to update the list of apps, click Refresh at the bottom of the app window—this discards current results and selections, re-scans, and refreshes the list.
