Reset license

This article is for reference only. As of April 22, 2025, MacPaw stopped developing and maintaining CleanMy® PC.

If you already have a CleanMy® PC activation code and want to re-use it on another computer, you must cancel the current activation first. You can do this manually, using the License Manager, or in your MacPaw Account.

Use this method if you have a MacPaw Account—the service that lets you manage all your purchases from the MacPaw Store.

  1. Sign in to your MacPaw Account.

  2. Choose CleanMy® PC.

  3. In the Devices section, click Manage Devices.

  4. On the Devices page, find the computer you want to deactivate the license for, click More ( The More icon ) on the right of the record, then choose Remove Device.

    The license is revoked from the device, and CleanMy® PC installed on that device is deactivated.


Done! You've successfully deactivated your CleanMy® PC license on one computer and can now apply the activation code on another computer.
