Scope of scanning
(Updated: )CleanMy®Phone accesses, scans, and analyzes the entire photo library on your device, detecting and categorizing the following:
CleanMy®Phone doesn't access or somehow process photos and videos you hid—those in the Hidden album.
In the Declutter module, the app processes all image and video file types supported by the system, and then groups them in categories.
In the Organize module, the app handles all system-supported image and video file types. Files are then grouped in the AI categories, Live Photos can be converted to still images, and videos are available for managing via the Videos shortcut and are ready for compression.
In the Health module, CleanMy®Phone doesn't run any scans—instead, it displays the top 10 space-consuming media categories from both the Declutter and Organize modules.
